Do you see children?
Yes! Like our practice name suggests, we’re open to patients of all ages, including the youngest members of your family who are just starting to learn about how important oral health is. Our doctors and team members will be sure to treat your son or daughter with plenty of warmth and gentleness, providing checkups, cleanings, fluoride supplements, dental sealants, and other simple children’s dentistry services that can provide big benefits for their growing smiles.
How often do I need to visit the dentist?
We typically recommend two visits each and every year, or one per six months on average. In cases where a patient is experiencing advanced periodontal disease or an oversensitivity to tooth decay, we may recommend more frequent appointments so that we can better assist them with maintaining an optimally healthy smile.
What’s the best way to replace missing teeth?
Several great options are available at both our Longmont and Loveland, CO practices, including dental implants, dental bridges, and full and partial dentures. In most cases, our doctors are likely to recommend dental implants as the ideal reconstructive solution because of their valuable health benefits, enduring quality, and aesthetically superior appearance. However, there is no one service that can be the “best” choice for every single patient in need. That’s why we’ll work closely with you to determine your unique needs and help you discover the treatment plan that best fits your situation.
Will I need to see a separate specialist to have my dental implants placed?
No! Dr. Koenig can actually place your dental implants right here in-office, which saves our patients valuable traveling time and cost while allowing them to remain with a dental team they already feel comfortable with.
I want to straighten my smile, but I don’t want to have to wear noticeable metal braces. Is there an alternative?
Yes, there is. In addition to traditional braces, many patients can undergo Invisalign treatment at either of our two practice locations, which replaces the traditional bracket-and-wire model with clear, customized aligners that blend right in with your natural smile.
Visiting the dentist makes me nervous. Can you help?
Of course. At Fox Creek Family Dental, oral conscious sedation is available to take the edge off of negative emotions and create a much calmer, more comfortable atmosphere for patients that will help them feel truly at ease throughout their care.
Do you see emergency cases?
I can’t get to the dentist during normal business hours. Do you schedule appointments outside of these times?
Yes. Both of our offices open at 8 in the morning and close at 7 at night Monday through Thursday, leaving plenty of time before and after work/school to schedule necessary care in a convenient fashion.
Do you take insurance?
We are in-network for a wide variety of major insurance PPO providers, and our team members will also be happy to file claims on your behalf to help you maximize your available benefits through a greatly streamlined process. To learn more about financial options, please visit our new patients page.
Will you see patients without insurance?
If you don’t currently have dental insurance, please inquire about flexible financing through CareCredit or our in-office dental savings plan, both of which can help make the overall cost of quality dental care much more manageable for you and your loved ones.
